Job Description

  • Planning the project: You will develop a preliminary
  • study with the sales team to identify the requirements, the project scope and benefits,
  • key project results and milestones; design the project plan and break it down
  • in specific actions and timelines; determinate needed resources internally,
  • externally and from the customer;  define
  • clear individual roles and expected performance and establish criteria for the
  • customer acceptance.
  • Managing the project: You are the
  • responsible to continually review the project status; use systematic methods
  • for logging the project status; organize project meetings to follow up on progress
  • and quality of the actions and to communicate changes and issues; document and
  • distribute minutes of meetings, work, conversations and decisions.
  • Leading the project team: You will plan
  • the installation team; recognize individual and team accomplishments or
  • results; manage performance issues in a timely manner; delegate tasks
  • effectively and maintain open door for team ideas and concerns.  You will schedule and hold regular team
  • meetings.
  • Building Client Partnership: You will work with
  • clients to align their expectations with the project scope; listen and respond
  • actively and document the client requests for special needs and extra
  • requirements outside the scope of the project; implement procedures for
  • controlling and handling changes; present and report periodically to client. You
  • will get the buy in from the customer for the responsibility and accountability
  • of his part of the project.
  • Commitment to quality: You will develop and monitor a
  • quality plan in line with the project plan and look for optimizing the
  • execution of the project.
Requirements:
  • This person clearly must posses outstanding organizational and analytical skills
  • Have a strong operational discipline and attention to details
  • Have a demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deliveries to clients in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
  • Must be a self-starter and work independently and creatively while meeting deadlines
  • A high sense of time, urgency and motivation to get the job done
  • The utmost integrity, honesty and confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the conduct of business operation
  • Enthusiasm, sincerity and passion about serving the customer
  • Has an excellent knowledge of IT Project Management concepts, practices, tools and procedures, methodologies and requirements.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Leads and directs implementation teams
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) along with strong presentation skills and the ability to report effectively to top management

  • Experience working with Tier-1 Telecommunication and or Cable, Utility providers
